**Overview**:
Making the decision to enter treatment can be an intimidating experience for the people we support. You can make a difference, being the first person some visitors will interact with to disclose issues which they seek support for.
We also hold events through the week where we encourage visitors to interact and access what we have to offer. You may be the person to expand and develop such ideas?
**Responsibilities**:
We are seeking further volunteer support as the 'Front of House' reception of our Worksop Hub on Newcastle Avenue. No two days are the same and we treat every person who comes into our service as an individual, so being flexible, curious and a good listener are key.
We will support you in this volunteering role by ensuring that you receive regular supervision, and have someone on site who you can approach for day-to-day advice and guidance.
Having some basic administrative skills as well as IT competency would be an advantage, this will aid in researching appointments and checking information provided by service users and colleagues.
We can discuss your weekly availability at interview, things are never static, but we currently need extra help on Mondays, Thursdays and Friday afternoons. The Worksop service is not open for visitors on Wednesday mornings
You will be reimbursed for any expenses incurred as a result of your volunteering.
We intend holding value based dicussions with suitable applicants one to two weeks after the closing date of this advertisement.
