We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and hard working individual to join our team, on a temporary basis. This role would be perfect for someone with a passion in the industry.

Monday to Friday (0900 - 1700) with weekend availability.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Demonstrating knowledge of the venue and vendors to clients
- Creating and presenting event proposals and itineraries by given deadlines
- Managing and overseeing events
- Converting events from enquiries through to confirmed dates
- Keeping a good rapport with suppliers when booking external items
- Making sure all final details are correctly recorded and passed on to the team
- Have an eye for detail
- Have good skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Have excellent communication skills and be customer service focused
- Be able to work as part of a team

Experience in the events / hospitality industry is preferred, but not essential.

This is a temporary 9-month position with the possibility of a permanent position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 9 months

**Salary**: £9.75 per hour
