**Job title: Technical Co-Ordinator**

**Job description**:
**Main accountabilities***:

- Reporting to Facility Operations Manager, supporting the Project Manager in all relevant activities related to execution of the project.
- Ensure Health and Safety, good working practices in all activities are adhered to at all times
- Undertake the maintenance of TechnipFMC and Customer owned Subsea equipment to company procedures and/or customer requirements.
- Manage own priorities to meet business needs within the services environment.
- Retrieve product information (drawings and DBI’s) from TFMC Intranet.
- Responsible for all relevant documentation/transactions being completed correctly and in a timely manner.
- Support project/workshop in establishing and defining technical work scopes/service orders for TechnipFMC and Customer owned equipment requiring maintenance and refurbishment.
- Prepare and issue technical work scopes, ensuring they contain appropriate instructions and information to carry out the agreed task
- Liaise with project/engineering where required, seeking approval for any deviations from established working procedures or practice.
- Generate internal budgetary quotes, detailing workshop, sub-contract and procurement costs.
- Generate pre-job quotes at the request of Operations Manager and Project Manager.
- Define preventative maintenance activities prior to and after operations in accordance with TechnipFMC and Customer instructions, guidelines and Maintenance Planning System.
- Identify and document, any test fixtures and consumables upfront to aid refurbishment activities.
- Be the focal point to coordinate and resolve any technical issues arising from within the workshop.
- Generate/compile sub-contract work instructions and actively interact with 3rd party vendors and sub-contractors.
- Attend project kick-off and status meetings.
- Seek solutions with supporting functions to any deviations to agreed OTD.
- Identify and propose measures and methods for more efficient execution of project activities.
- Identify and communicate deviations and changes to agreed work scopes to the Operations Manager.

**RECOMMENDED EXPERIENCE AND FORMAL QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Mechanical Apprenticeship minimum requirement (or equivalent experience), with relevant shop floor experience
- Experience in Oil & Gas industry (petroleum related rework business)
- Good communication skills
- PC literacy preferred
- Positive and professional customer focused attitude to work
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings/schematics
- Proficient in SAP
