**Purpose of the Role**:
Manage, plan, and execute multiple business projects from inception to conclusion, delivering projects on time and in budget and ultimately delivering additional value for the business.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute multiple business projects, primarily relating to product launches or product transitions
- Capture requirements from, and then effectively manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Agree scopes for projects with the businesses Executive Team
- Create, manage & track detailed project plans to ensure accurately delivery
- Identify, record, and mitigate project risks and challenges
- Lead matrix-based project teams through the lifecycle of the project, coordinate and facilitate relevant meetings and scrum structures regarding operational delivery to communicate goals, status updates, and blockers.
- Regularly provide reports to senior management on the status and progress of key business projects, including planned vs actual project delivery

**Person Specification**

**Essential**
- 2+ Years’ Project Management Experience
- Formal Project Management certification
- Ability to manage multiple high priority business projects simultaneously
- Highly capable of navigating a busy operational environment, working independently, and effective problem-solving
- Excellent stakeholder management skills

**Preferred**
- Experience working within a product-based manufacturing business
- Good understanding of the Vaping sector
- Experience managing projects within a global supply chain
