A well-reputed global consultancy with incredible staff retention and benefits is looking for a Front-End Engineer to join them in this fast-paced business as they embark on a global programme of work alongside their Australian technical delivery team. Withoffices all around the UK, the role is remote first and suitable for any UK-based applicants, though you’ll need to pop into a regional office from time to time.
**What experience you’ll need**:

- Skilled in front-end engineering with exposure to the full-stack.
- Skilled in HTML, CSS, Sass, JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Confident using React, Redux, Hooks and wider tooling connected to React.
- Proven experience building modern enterprise grade apps.
- Exposure to back-end components like NodeJS.
- Ability to write fast, reusable and scalable code.
- Full-Stack development capability is desirable though not essential.
- Knowledge of web server optimisation, web protocols etc.
- Ability or understanding of using web interfaces to build data pipelines.
- Experience in MS environments (specifically C#/Azure) would be useful.

**What you’ll be doing
**Operating alongside a hybrid UK/Australian technical delivery team, this role will lead the front-end delivery of an enterprise grade data platform used internally and by external clients. It’s a technical role, needing someone comfortable interactingwith the back-end; connecting UI’s & APIs, implementing user-facing feature enhancements, supporting cloud-based deployments, using web server optimisation techniques and building prototypes before taking them to market. The user base for this platform ispotentially vast so scalability and usability will be at the forefront of your approach. You’ll ideally be passionate about cutting edge technology and will have the opportunity to research, design and implement these technologies in future projects.
