We are looking to hire a full-time, permanent planned works & refurbishment coordinator who will be located in Chapelworth House. You'll enjoy a standard work week of 40 hours. Monday to Friday 9:00am till 6:00pm. The salary ranges from £22,000 to £26,000 per annum.

Let's talk about the role. It involves:

- Proactively making outbound telephone calls to our client
- Drive sales by understanding the needs of the clients and creating tailored solutions.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure client satisfaction
- Develop and implement property improvement plans to maximise property value and profitability.
- Coordinating, scheduling and project managing contractors administering quotes and invoices.
- Develop and manage relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations, and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Take ownership and project manage the planned & refurbishment works on our portfolio.

- Prior experience in property management and administration is preferable but not essential.
