Online Customer Service Assistant

Banner Department is a growing independent business that works with creative people and business to make high quality, bespoke handmade banners. These range from wedding banners to banners made for brands including BrewDog and Candy Kittens.
Our main focus is to help bring our customers ideas to life. Being personable and friendly when dealing with customers is extremely important.
We are seeking a customer service assistant who will be required to serve customers online as well as supporting the production of banners when required. General duties involved in maintaining the studio environment will also be a part of this role.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Customer and order management
- Support the customer through the ordering process
- To understand what the customer wants and produce briefs for the graphic designer
- Track enquiries and progress updates
- Order fulfilment, including packaging and posting
- Support the production manager where required
**Skills and Experience Required**:
Experience in an online customer service role would be useful but not necessary if you’re able to show a friendly and helpful attitude and excellent customer service as these are important. The most important attribute is a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
On the job training will be provided.
**Additional Details**:
- This is a full time position permanent preceded by a 3 month trial period
- Based at studio just outside Alcester, Warwickshire
- A relaxed and creative environment
- Remote location with on-site parking
**Salary**: £20,874.00-£21,729.00 per year
