They are now on the hunt fora new Customer Experience person to help push their already gold-standard sales and customer service to new heights
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a bit of experience in B2B account management, or a graduate looking to make their start in the sector. You’ll play a key role for the business, as you manage a base of customers and help retain their business.You’ll be involved with handling incoming and outgoing customer service calls, diagnosing faults, and processing feedback to improve the business’s processes.
When you start in your new position, you’ll receive as standard:
