**Account Director, Award-Winning Media Agency, Manchester City Centre, £50k**

Forward Role are excited to be working exclusively once again with this globally renowned media agency based in the centre of Manchester as they look to add a new Account Director to their growing team. They are looking for someone with expertise in cross-channelmedia planning and a natural at client interaction

This is one of the most exciting and pivotal roles in the agency currently where you'll be working with instantly recognisable brands across predominantly consumer and truly have ownership of client relationships. Sitting within a core client team as AccountDirector you’ll work across multi-channel media campaigns, incorporating digital and performance strategies to ensure integration. As an agency they are renowned for their training and development and will give you all the tools you need to plan advertisingcampaigns across the full media planning mix.

As Account Director you will work closely with the Business Director to define effective working practices within the team and will be influential in the day to day running of pivotal client accounts alongside the wider team.

You will create and implement client development plans to ensure partnerships with the clients are trusted and valued and you’ll oversee the team’s management of fully integrated on and offline planning campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Senior Account Manager or Account Director within a media agency
- Strong team leadership skills
- An overarching knowledge of owned, earned, paid and shard media channels across both digital and offline.
- Cross channel media planning experience
- Strong commerciality and the ability to complete accurate reporting/analysis
- Innovative way of working
- Passion for media and the communications landscape

As Account Director you’ll have responsibility for answering briefs and providing the best in class service through strategic thinking and planning. It will be your responsibility to drive new ways of thinking and have a passion and enthusiasm for leadingwith example and inspiring others. You'll oversee a strong team of Managers, Planner and Assistants.
