**Content Creator**

One of the most exciting and fastest-growing property businesses in the UK, is hiring a Multi-Media assistant to join our family. If editing videos, learning new software and striving to always be better this position is for you.

Our media and marketing team is excited to welcome a new member to assist with the on-going needs of media within our businesses.

No two days are the same One day you’ll be in our in-house studio recording the best property experts in the country speaking about property investment, the next day you’ll be creating some social media content showcasing our culture to the world and the next helping with the customer journey for our investors.

**The Role**
- Edit a variety of video content for internal, external and social media content
- Repurpose content for social media
- Correctly store recordings/footage
- Assist with the creation of social media content of our different companies
- Research, learn and implement new updates of software continuously to make sure we stay the best in the business.
- Assist the team with larger media projects
- Assist with the recording of content

**The Person**
- Degree educated in a relevant field
- Good ability of Adobe Premiere Pro (Min 2 year experience)
- Understanding of post-production techniques (sound design, colour correction, etc)
- DSLR Camera skills
- Knowledge of Adobe creative suite
- Understanding of short form social media content editing techniques
- Understanding of long form media editing techniques
- Be a team player
- A constantly learning attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Follow procedures and briefs
- Proactive attitude
- Have the ability to work efficiently to deadlines
- Car and driving licence

**On Offer**
- £23,500-£25,000 salary (Dependant on experience)
- Monday to Friday (You may be required to work on a weekend rarely, as we have events happening at various times throughout the year They are usually the best days)
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays PLUS Christmas close down and an extra days holiday for every year you are with us
