With a strong commitment to effectiveness, we are seeking a skilled content creator to join our integrated Creative & Media team After some brilliant new client wins, we’re looking for someone who is excited about working on a number of a world-famous household brands.

In particular we’re looking for a person who is absorbed into the world of content, is passionate to leverage expertise around them and deliver against client objectives. Key Accountabilities

**ROLE SNAPSHOT**

Do you know your brat summer from your demure autumn? Do you have a passion for creating fun and engaging video content? Are you as comfortable in front of the camera as behind it? If so, our Social Content Creator role could be just for you.

Jaywing is seeking an entry level Social Content Creator to help build out it's growing social media team, keeping us and our clients up to date on the latest trends, whilst shooting, editing and publishing short form video to drive engagement for our brands. You'll be working alongside a talented team of social strategists, creative thinkers and video producers to make sure our clients across the FMCG, fashion and automotive sectors (including the likes of Yorkshire Tea and Merrell Footwear) deliver best-in-class social creative.

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:

- A passionate and engaged social media user and video content creator who's on the pulse of the latest trends across social platforms, namely TikTok & Meta
- You don't need any formal experience, maybe you run your own successful pages, but proven ability to capture and edit short form video content on smartphones is a must
- Someone who's keen to take their first step in the world of content creation and social media marketing, and hungry to learn about all things digital
- Ideally on occasion someone who'd be happy to jump in front of the camera to appear in client work and new business pitches

**WHAT YOUR DAY TO DAY WILL LOOK LIKE**:

- Scanning the media and socials for relevant trends across your client base as part of a wider PR and Social Media Marketing team
- Working with social strategists and account managers to pitch reactive and planned video content ideas to clients
- Shooting and editing short form social video content in line with the latest platform best practices, including using current formats and trending audio
- Working on tools such as capcut, lightroom, canva, dupe photos and in-app platforms to edit and refine video content
- Attending bigger budget creative shoots alongside social account managers to capture behind the scenes content that's fit for social
- Being an overall social guardian within Jaywing to provide your take on what current best practice looks like, and help the team deliver social first creative alongside paid and organic strategies

**NEW BUSINESS / CLIENT GROWTH**
- Work with New Business and client teams on new opportunities, supporting in any relevant client upsell opportunities or pitches
