Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Location: Newton-Le-Willows, WA12 0JJ

**Salary**: £21,000 - £23,000

**The Company**

Pall Mall Medical is a friendly, successful and rapidly growing private health care provider based in the Northwest. Our hospital in Newton-le-Willows has 2 surgical theatres and a radiology department. We perform mainly cosmetic surgery but are always exploring new services to deliver.

We also have city centre clinics in Manchester & Liverpool, where we deliver predominantly GP & Consultant appointments.

We pride ourselves on delivering 5-star healthcare to all our patients and clinicians and we’re looking to expand our team in-line with our ambitions to further grow the organisation.

We work with some exciting partners and often see professional boxers and footballers within our facilities as well as some high profile celebrities.

**The Role**

The Facilities Assistant reports to the Facilities Manager and is responsible for providing support to ensure facilities services are provided in an effective and efficient manner, as well as being the initial point of contact for the Facilities department. You must also demonstrate a high level of security awareness at all times and have knowledge of emergency evacuation procedures and Health & Safety.

Duties of this role will include, but not be limited to;
- Forecast supply & demand to prevent overstocking / running out of stock
- Enter purchase details into internal database
- Track shipments and address delays
- Comfortable with facilities administration tasks
- Oversee storage of products
- Coordinate inventory audits
- Coordinate inventory records
- Manage & store deliveries upon arrival

**Desired skills**
- Good IT skills
- Basic maintenance and health & safety knowledge
- Flexible for occasional weekend work and occasional out of hours call outs (eg. in case of facilities emergency / out of hours maintenance etc)
- Car owner
- Prepared to travel and work at other sites, including but not limited to our sites in Manchester, Liverpool and Warrington
- Able to prioritise and manage own workload

- Salary: £21,000 - £23,000 (depending on experience)
