**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers upon arrival for vehicle collections.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the facility.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak times.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure environment for both customers and vehicles.
- Deliver/Collection of vehicles when required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service is highly desirable.
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A friendly and approachable demeanour, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
