We are looking for **2 x Land Rights Officer, on a 12-month fixed term basis**, to be based in our Land Rights team, who would like to help us reach our mission to “earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service”.

**As the Land Rights Officer your key responsibilities are**
- Utilise a variety of online portals and systems, to establish land ownership
- Liaise with BUUK solicitors to help facilitate business transactions including ensuring we secure legal rights for our company’s assets
- Professionally liaise with internal and external customers as applicable to ensure all transactions progress in a timely manner
- Coordinate multiple parties to ensure we progress within expected timescales
- Other administrative tasks include record keeping, archiving and data entry

**About you**
- Experience working in an administrative or professional role in a busy environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop positive customer relationships
- Ability to perform well under pressure and to tight timescales when required
- Timely, efficient and accurate data entry skills
- Impeccable attention to detail with the ability to prioritise own workload
- Legal experience is not essential as full training will be provided._
