**Tenancy Enforcement Caseworker / £19.50ph Inc Hol / 10 months / Mon - Fri / Must Drive**
**About the role**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Tenancy Enforcement Caseworker to join our Tenancy Enforcement Team based from our Bristol office on a full time, up to 10 month fixed term contract basis.
Due to the nature or the work this role requires the successful applicant to travel and attend court hearings throughout the South West, Main location is Exeter, with travel to the following places as required Bath Gloucester, Marlborough & Plymouth so applicants must have a Full drivers license and access to a vehicle.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage a volume of routine/complex cases
- To carry out thorough and effective investigations into reports of ASB
- To adopt a victim centre approach when investigating ASB
- Identify vulnerability at the earliest opportunities
- Provide high level of customer service in line with Guinness’s Customer Service Standards.
- Take ownership of allocated enforcement cases in accordance with Guinness’s policies and procedures.
- Present or support the presentation of tenancy enforcement cases in Court to achieve positive outcomes.
- Liaise with stakeholders and external partner agencies to assist tenancy enforcement activity.
- Work together with other team members to innovate and deliver right first-time services.
**Skills and Experience**
**Essential**:
- Good knowledge of relevant legislation and current best practice.
- Good attention to detail, maintaining accurate records within agreed service levels and targets.
- Able to prioritise to meet changing demands.
- Self-motivated with the ability to plan and work effectively within a high level of supervision.
- Excellent oral and written communications
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Able to demonstrate Guinness behavioural competencies.
