Recognized as one of Forbes’ World’s Best Employers 2024 and named one of The World’s Most Admired Companies 2025 by Fortune, Labcorp is seeking to hire a **Global Scheduler** within our pre-clinical Global Solutions team.

This role offers hybrid working and will be aligned with either our Harrogate, Huntingdon or Eye, UK sites.

**Duties Include**:

- Providing workload support in a resource planning function and learning to support multiple global service lines
- Intermediate knowledge in interpreting study designs for pertinent scheduling requirements and reviews design changes as they apply
- Basic knowledge of the systems being used in their core scheduling function
- Supporting harmonization across global sites
- Updating and maintaining proposal and schedule information in management information databases
- Performing tasks in support of the global scheduling workloads as required
- Assisting in the production, interpretation and analysis of routine capacity reports. Monitoring capacity utilization for the supported services lines and assisting in guiding operational leadership
- Providing basic information about departmental workloads, processes and operations to internal clients and management
- Following training manuals for Resource Management functions

**Education**:

- BSc or equivalent industry experience

**Skills / Experience**:

- Knowledge and/or experience within pre-clinical/Early Development space is advantageous
- Organized with critical thinking skills
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce high quality work
- Ability to manage manage multiple tasks across different time zones
- I.T proficient, in particular with Excel
