**The Role**:
At our site in Harrogate, we are currently recruiting for a **Scheduler** to join the BiopharmCMC division.

The CMC business unit; provides dedicated release and stability testing from preclinical phases through the commercial life of a product. The CMC team support method development, transfer, phase appropriate validation & assay establishment of large molecules. We structure ourselves to deliver scientific expertise to our clients; collaborating closely with them to support the development of medicinal products through the drug development process and onto market.

**Job Responsibilities include**:

- Working as part of the Global BiopharmCMC Lab operations team, to support the Capacity Manager in the scheduling of all BioPharmCMC analytical work.
- Providing internal Clients with a central point of contact for the scheduling of all analytical work.
- Using appropriate tools to support the successful initiation, planning, execution and completion of all analytical work performed with the division.
- Working with the Project teams and Operational scientists to ensure that Client requirements and deadlines are met.
- Liaising with project teams and departmental management to ensure effective dissemination of up to date project information.
- Identification and introduction of new scheduling processes and contributing to development of scheduling tools used.

**Experience**:

- ** Required**:The ability to get things done by influencing others and communicate effectively at all levels.
- ** Required**:Understanding of laboratory operations and analytical techniques used.
- ** Preferred**: Prior experience in a lab operations scheduling role.
