We’re in need of some talented individuals to join us as a front of house team leader on a full time basis at The Old Mill, Baginton
Our Chef & Brewer Collection brand in Greene King is all about making our guests feel welcome every step of the way, helping us become Britain’s most welcoming escape. About the Role
Working front of house, you will need to be friendly and approachable and responsible for making our guests feel right at home from the moment they walk in. Nothing is ever too much trouble. You will be knowledgeable around our menu’s quality cask ales & wines while delivering the perfect pour and excellent service. Passion is at the heart of every decision you will always need to try to go the extra mile to make our guests’ visit that little bit more special.
About You
You don’t need to have experience (though it can help) as we will develop with the training you needto offer the WOW factor to our guests. All you need is a warm and friendly personality, willingness to learn and a genuine love for what you do.
