Exceptional team leader opportunity available with an established, Coventry based re-enablement service Working 35 hours a week (varied shift pattern to include weekends on a rota basis), you will support adults over a 6-week period to achieve full health and well-being, and independence in their own homes following hospital discharge. As part of an established team, your role as TEAM LEADER, will require you to work closely with the management team, effectively lead a team of support workers and play a key role in the delivery of person-centred care and support. Other responsibilities will include, initial assessments, care and support planning, staff supervisions, medication, and audits. To be considered for this exciting role, you must: " Demonstrate proven experience in a support worker or senior support worker role and be looking for the chance to step up into a team leader role " Hold a level 3 in health and social care, or equivalent " Hold a full UK driving licence, have access to your own vehicle and business insurance " Have secured experience in a health and social care setting " Be flexible to share the on-call rota Your commitment, skills and experience will be recognised with: " Generous hourly rate of £10.50 per hour (plus paid mileage where applicable) " The opportunity to join a well-established and respected provider of health care and housing " The chance to join a good CQC rated service " Guaranteed contracted hours " Pension " Free DBS " Free Uniforms and access to PPE equipment " Great Annual Holiday entitlement " Full induction, ongoing training, support to gain qualifications and career progression.
