**Role Overview**
As a **Contract Administrator**, you’ll play a key role in managing client interactions and supporting field engineers, ensuring the seamless delivery of services while embodying Hewer’s core values.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Quote Management**:
- Identify quotes from engineers’ paperwork and action accordingly.
- Collaborate with field engineers to gather all necessary information.
- Administer quotes efficiently and liaise with clients to facilitate approvals.
- **Client CRM Management**:
- Use the client’s CRM system effectively to extract, update, and manage key information.
- **Documentation Accuracy**:
- Ensure all documentation is precise and up to date, demonstrating excellent attention to detail.
- **Invoice Preparation**:
- Coordinate invoicing by assembling client-specific spreadsheets.
- Confirm all forms are completed accurately and submitted on time.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Support colleagues and management as needed to meet team goals.
- Ensure all aspects of the contract are invoiced accurately.
**Microsoft Excel & Teams experience are essential for this role**
