**A great opportunity**
You will be joining a growing team of 70+ marketing professionals at an exciting moment in Savills 165 year history as we evolve as a marketing team to support the next chapter of the business’s growth agenda under the leadership of Victoria Bennett, Headof Brand and Marketing, who also recently joined Savills.
You will be based out of our new temporary office in Rathbone Place in London (our home for the next 10 months) for two - three days per week. You will be empowered to balance your time effectively based on your stakeholder needs and the business objectives.
The Content and Engagement Marketing Manager sits within the content and engagement marketing centre of excellence. This is a team of eleven, and comprised of one director, one senior manager, four managers, two senior executives, two executives, and oneassistant.
The team are responsible for all client communications, research marketing and content campaigns across Savills UK. The team also owns the end-to-end consumer contact strategy for our B2C business. The team are friendly, driven and innovative, and work acrossmultiple projects and campaigns at once to champion high quality marketing outputs and drive results for the business.
The Content and Engagement Marketing Manager role reports to the Senior Content and Engagement Marketing Manager, and is suited to an individual who is passionate about customer-first marketing and understands the role of content marketing to business growth.The role will work closely with the sector marketing teams (residential, commercial and rural), and also with other marketing centres of excellence including brand and insights, digital, and social media.
**Day-to-day responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to**:
- Support with the execution of a content marketing strategy to meet business objectives and maximise customer acquisition and retention.
- Ensure that content produced is aligned with the over-arching marketing deliverables and work closely with the wider marketing teams, PR, social media and digital teams to create compelling and effective distribution plans.
- Manage the content calendar, and coordinate with other divisions and marketing centres of excellence to ensure content efforts are aligned where necessary.
- Project management of content campaigns and initiatives including creation and activation of content across multiple channels to market.
- Copywriting of both content campaigns and client communications.
- Report on effectiveness of content campaigns, and use this data to inform the direction of future campaigns.
- Consider use of both organic and paid content to enhance the performance of content campaigns (including SEO optimisation).
- Act as a content brand guardian ensuring all content adheres to guidelines and promotes coherent messaging and tone of voice.**Mucking in as needed to support your team **
- Being fully involved in the activities of the busy marketing department with a flexible attitude to tasks and projects - including running events, making presentations to other teams, helping other team managers with tasks.
