**Job Title**: Care Assistant / Carer

**Location**:Leicester

**Salary**: £10.40 per hour (which increases over time)

**Job type**: Full or Part time options available.
- Please note:_ Applicants must have the right to Live & Work in the UK. Also, must be able to easily travel around the LE2, LE4, LE5 areas.

**Who We Are**:
We provide home care to clients in Leicester and the surrounding areas by employing a team of highly skilled carers to visit people in the comfort of their own home to support with various tasks.

**The Role**:

- Providing personal, domestic and social support to service users in their own homes.
- Helping people in and out of bed, assisting to wash and get dressed, and assisting with meals and medication.
- Working effectively as part of a team to ensure complete comfort.
- Working to time critical schedules in line with care plans provided.
- Ensuring safety and maintaining dignity, respect and confidentiality.
- Would have the ability to drive to various locations around Leicester
- Previous training and experience are desirable but not essential as training is provided
- Will need to be able to work one day at the weekend or alternate weekends, as well as 2-3 evenings per week.
- Friendly, professional, energetic and passionate with real people skills
- A basic level of Maths and English (essential)
