**The Role**

We are seeking a passionate and reliable Dog Day Care Assistant & Driver to join our team full-time. You will play a key role in ensuring the dogs in our care have a fun and safe day out.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely collecting and dropping off dogs in our custom-fitted vans.
- Supervising playtime and providing enrichment activities for dogs of all sizes and temperaments.
- Cleaning and drying dogs after muddy activities.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of our private paddocks.
- Assisting with cleaning schedules and other duties as required.

**What We’re Looking For**

We are looking for someone who lives locally and is passionate about dogs and their welfare, physically active, and eager to learn.

**Essential Requirements**:

- A valid manual UK driving licence.
- Comfortable driving a medium to large van (e.g., SWB VW Transporter).
- Lives locally to our collection areas.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Confidence in handling large groups of excitable dogs, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Excellent communication skills, honesty, and reliability.

**Preferred Skills and Experience**:

- A valid manual UK driving licence with at least 4 years of driving experience.
- Previous experience in animal care or a related qualification.
- Knowledge of the Teddington, Twickenham, and Hampton areas (or the ability to learn routes quickly).
