Hobson's Choice, a leading high-end kitchen, bathroom and living space design and installation company, is looking for an Installation Coordinator to join our Swindon, Wiltshire team.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the installation of our clients' kitchens, bathrooms and living spaces. You will work closely with our team of designers and installers to ensure that each project is completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate the installation schedule of our fitting teams.
- Manage the logistics and administration of each project installation, including scheduling deliveries and establishing site requirements (for example, property protection, local loading/unloading and parking permissions and waste disposal)
- Communicate regularly with installers to maintain an overview of the project's progress.
- Work with designers to resolve any issues that arise during the installation.

In addition to the core focus, the successful person’s role will grow to include the coordination of service issues and the administration of supplier invoices.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in installation coordination or a related field
- Excellent organisational and time management skills - highly proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook. Experience of a Client Relationship Management system would be beneficial. We use Hubspot.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - comfortable making and receiving phone calls.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure calmly and pragmatically - able to effectively prioritise and reason.
- Working Hours Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Office-based role - Hobson’s Choice, Swindon
