The role is based within their Talent Acquisition division which specifically looks after Partner hires across the UK and will focus on executive search and head-hunting in particular. **The Job Role** - Managing the Partner headhunting activity on behalf of the Partner Talent Acquistion Team (market mapping, talent pipelining, headhunting, networking and telephone interviewing) and undertaking thorough and robust research and analysis of the market. - Working closely with the Partner Talent Acquisition Team to understand forecasts, incoming demand, areas of need and work together to solve hiring problems. - Identifying top talent using job boards, advertising, LinkedIn and our own talent database - Building up specialist knowledge of the different areas of the legal sector and understand how to find the best talent for your team members to take to the business. - Using market competitor knowledge and insight to leverage smarter sourcing and help guide the business on hiring decisions. - Working with the wider Talent Acquisition Team on Partner recruitment, driving the success of direct sourcing into this part of the team. - Reviewing business area budgets and target hot spot recruitment areas to reduce time to hire and increase cost saving. - Producing regular management information as requested and other statistical information as and when required. **Requirements**: - Experience of hands on sourcing or recruiting either in house, agency or search firm within the Legal or Professional Services sector. - Experience of Boolean search logic and recent experience with the latest tools and platforms. - Experience building networks and talent pools in specialist and niche areas. - Proven experience of working with the Recruitment Manager/Consultants to use data effectively to drive smarter sourcing and hiring. - Ability to multi task, prioritise and manage time effectively with multiple roles that need sourcing at any one time. - Proficient user of multiple software such as LinkedIn, applicant tracking system software and alike. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
