We're look for a motivated Sales Coach to join our growing surveying team in Manchester.
**Examples of what you will be doing**:

- Responsible for delivering all training and compliance to the department
- Deliver pre planned sessions in line with department requirements
- Help deliver GROW,CLEAR,CIGAR Coaching models along with SMART Action Plans.
- Help develop the next level of leaders with the L&;D Manager - Implement devised coaching/development plans
- Deliver training materials for in
house courses
- Deliver a range of training using classroom, online and blended learning to meet the needs of the business
- Ensure that statutory training requirements are met
- Call listening sessions conducted side by side and classroom
- Call quality listened to and feedback to the relevant agents/managers
- Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings, and attending relevant courses
- Continuously strive to learn new coaching skills and implement in the department.
- To drive income across the sales department through coaching, training, and development
- Assist the managers in the Development of their teams for succession planning via workshops, training, and coaching
- Review Countrywide Home Surveys skills Matrix with the L&D Manager
- Ensure effective coaching is delivered the business unit in line with the business units coaching policy and guidance along side the sales Coach
- Drive NPS score through coaching and quality
- Ensuring a great onboarding experience for new entrants by being fully prepared for their start date, with equipment, user accounts and a working on a support plan post induction working with managers and the L&D Manager Examples of how you will know youare doing a great job:

- Manage compliance and risk whilst delivering excellent service and exceeding targets through quality and feedback
