**The role**
We are now looking to recruit to the role of Health & Wellbeing Officer.
You will be dynamic, engaging and a real people person, and passionate about making a difference in peoples lives.
You will proactively contribute to the health and wellbeing of people within the local and wider community by supporting the development and delivery of our health and wellbeing projects across the charity associated with healthy lifestyles, physical and mental/emotional health and wellbeing.
Experience within football charity work isn’t essential, but we are looking for someone who has the passion and understanding of how the power of football and the Swansea City brand can be utilised to reach communities.
You will have scope to design and deliver the Foundations flagship health programme, Fit Jacks, a 12 week healthy weight management programme for men and women, ensuring recruitment and retention on all courses, and delivering tangible health improvements.
