This position is well-suited to a Clinical Psychologist or a Clinician/Paramedic with therapy training.This role is available on a full time basis, with opportunities for part-time employment. The successful candidate will work in close collaboration with our Occupational Health, Wellbeing, and Organisational Development teams to promote staff wellbeing. This key post supports the ongoing expansion of the department and is integral to ensuring the delivery of trauma-informed care, encompassing both individual therapeutic interventions and expert consultation for teams and managers across the Welsh Ambulance Service.We are looking for an individual who demonstrates confidence in working at all organisational levels, possesses a strong interest and understanding of trauma, and can build positive engagement with national NHS and Ambulance networks.About usOur workforce is made up of over 4,000 remarkable people who contribute to the delivery of world-class patient care across Wales, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
