We have a new role just come live to work for the end client of a leading global provider of facility services. You will be based in Northampton, placed in this facilities management role for a leading financial services business.
In this position you will be working as part of the workplace experience team, curating a workplace environment that increases well-being, productivity and enhances company culture that our end users want to be a part of.
Hours will be 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, working 40 hours per week.
**What will you be doing?**
The Guest's experience of begins as soon as they approach and enter the Campus. The atmosphere, the service and the welcome are all crucial in creating exceptional first impressions. You will work in line with the end-user and company Values and create aseamless service towards all guests and colleagues visiting the Global Headquarters, they will ensure that all visitors and colleagues are assisted in a calm, confident, positive and proactive manner at all times.
This role will maintain a strong visible presence and awareness and will leave all guests with a positive and lasting impression of the Financial organisation as the market leader in visitor experiences and excellence.
This role would suit someone with guest relations or corporate reception experience and an ability to confidently lead a front of house team.
**The job will involve**:
- You're a natural host and can make guests and colleagues feel at home within the workplace, together with providing five star meet and greet service
- To contact hosts and escort guests where necessary
- To support the Travel&Welcome Team Leader to create, develop and deliver all aspect of travel processes, procedures and deliver a best in class parking and travel strategy.
- To ensure accurate data collection and input, report on data gathered and ensure accurate and consistent management of the parking violations and escalation process
- You're the primary connector between guests, colleagues and the workplace, willingly respond to queries & resolve issues relating to the physical environment, technology & security first line fixes
- Develop relationships and capture guests & colleague's individual preferences/needs for future visits and think creatively of ways to accommodate any special requests.
- Eyes wide open - always looking at our workplaces and experiences though the lens of a colleague or visitor.
- We act as One Team and work with our peers by notifying the appropriate Departments when an extra pair of hands or specialist support (e.g., tech) is needed.
- Be involved in reviewing and enhancing operating procedures - making sure that they remain relevant and helping to adjust and amend on a regular basis.
- You'll be the 'story-teller for success', actively highlighting the positive effect we're having on our colleagues every day

**What's in it for you?**
In addition to a strong benefits package (to be discussed), you will be offered a salary of up to £23.5k per annum. Holiday allowance is 25 days per annum and you will be auto-enrolled onto the ISS pension scheme.
