**The Role**:
Head office based and undertaking a tailored 3 year programme, this is an exciting opportunity to gain widespread exposure and learn about the key IT platforms and programmes underpinning our business and the wider insurance industry, including integral technologies such as Cloud and Cyber Security. With a dedicated mentor and a great support network in place, you will rotate through a number of placements across different IT functions, gaining a breadth and depth of experience that will ensure you are fully equipped to make your mark and help lead technology change in this rapidly developing and fast changing arena.

You will be exposed and trained in ITIL disciplines, technical skills, leadership, and be involved in plenty of mini projects.
