**The Role**

We're looking for an Account Director to create opportunities across our Employer Branding and Talent Advisory offering. You will be responsible for growing our diverse client base, building exceptional stakeholder relationships, and providing solutionsthat have a positive business impact. The role will be defined by the needs of our clients. Some clients seek strategic guidance and thought leadership, while others seek innovation and industry firsts. Whatever you work on, you will be the driving force behindour solutions and will develop an exceptional rapport with the client or clients you manage. **You'll also**:

- Understand our clients' business challenges and connect them with our Talent Advisory and RPO solutions to drive growth
- Build trust and personal networks across our customer base
- Take responsibility for the accuracy of your weekly financial forecasting and client plan
- Create your own prospects and take the lead on winning pitches in Talent Advisory and RPO
- Play your part in developing a high-performance culture with a sharp focus on customers
- Commit to and expand our community outreach and corporate social responsibility initiatives

**Who we're looking for**:
You'll have a strong track record in driving growth across Talent Advisory accounts. On top of this, you'll have regularly delivered Employer Brand projects in a recruitment marketing or Talent Advisory environment against demanding targets. You will buildvalued client partnerships, demonstrated through the longevity of your contracts and the development of your accounts.

You'll be an effective organiser and planner who can energise, motivate and support your team. You'll also have the desire and drive to constantly build on your knowledge and develop new skills.
