**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide media and marketing expertise to multiple departments within our business ecosystem.
- Manage schedules and arrange meetings as required.
- Assist with document preparation.
- Support project management activities by tracking deadlines and deliverables.
- Facilitate inter-departmental communication and collaboration.
- Organise and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentation materials.
- Handle ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as an Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Excellent experience with media and marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Discretion with confidential information.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
