**Training Coordinator** **Wembley** Flannery Plant Hire is a leading provider of plant hire and specialist attachments to the construction industry across the UK and Ireland. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Training Coordinator to support the planning, delivery, and administration of training programmes across our workforce. This role is essential in ensuring our people remain safe, skilled, and compliant with industry standards. **What does the role look like?** - Monitor upcoming certificate expirations (CPCS, NPORS, CSCS, H&S, Driver CPC, NVQ etc.) and schedule refresher courses where required. - Coordinate training records (in-house and external training) and complete weekly training gap reports. - Provide support to apprenticeships throughout the programme - where needed. - Coordinate with external training companies including Operator Skills Hub. - Book medicals, review and authenticate operators’ medical certificates. Co-Ordinate OH nurse to ensure efficient utilisation. - Review and highlight any medical issues to the Occupational Health Nurse. - If risk assessments are required for any personnel due to occupational health - Issue PPE to operators and maintain records.
