**Area Cleaning Supervisor Position** - consisting of 25 hours per week permanently in the mornings, plus temporary hours in the evenings to make the role up to Full Time hours.

We are looking for an experienced Area Cleaning Supervisor who is able to manage **commercial cleaning contracts** in Lancashire (BB postcodes predominantly). 25 hrs per week permanently in the morning, plus temporary hours in the evenings to make the role up to Full Time hours. Mostly the work will be Mon-Fri, plus some admin work outside of these times as needed. The specific start and finish time will be variable to a degree, and dependent on what needs doing that day (to be agreed with the team). The role often requires early starts and late finishes, with a break in the middle of the day. The position will involve customer care, site inspections, cleaner recruitment, training, monitoring incl. disciplinary meetings & liaising with important clients. You will also be required to get involved with cleaning sites and cleaning cover work, if needed, to support the mobile teams. The successful applicant will need to be organised, professional and well-presented. You will need your own car initially (a mileage allowance will be given). A company car will be provided post-trial period and depending on performance.
