We are actively looking to secure a Business Analyst to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

**Role Overview**
As a Business Analyst you'll be part of our delivery team; building cutting edge tools and services to support our products. Getting easy, always-on access to a wide array of data is vital for us to accomplish our ambitious roadmaps, hence us creating thisnew data streaming squad, of which you will be a key member.
This project is a Cloud Migration to AWS - experience in this area is very beneficial
**Key Accountabilities**
- You will capture high level business requirements and translate them into concise, precise and actionable tickets.
- You will champion Lean thinking to ensure our squads are delivering value as efficiently as possible and be willing to amicably challenge and scrutinise direction from senior stakeholders to surface the 'why' and enable collaborative problem solving.
- You will be passionate about building the tools and services that power cutting edge customer experiences and be comfortable operating in a highly technical domain
- You will be an exceptional communicator and be as comfortable capturing complex requirements from senior stakeholders as you are briefing junior squad members.
- Your inquisitive nature will ensure we are always pushing to improve our processes and practices, whilst maintaining the flow of value into our customers.
- You will facilitate the delivery of high-quality software regularly, repeatedly and predictably within the parameters of our technology and our strategic business objectives.
- Although you are not expected to be a solutionising SME you will be expected to grasp the fundamentals of our technology platforms and be able to communicate proposed technical solutions to senior stakeholders from across the business.

**Key Experience**
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience with Agile Methodology and Waterfall
- Experience in Gaming or Betting (Desirable)
- Cloud experience - Specifically Cloud Migration projects and AWS Experience
