**The Role**:
**Trainee or Experienced Account Executive - High Net Worth**

**Salary - £23,000 - £36,000 (dependant on experience)**
**Full Time position**
**Permanent Contract**
**Location: South Cotswolds Agency - Wotton-under-Edge or Chippenham site**
**Monday - Friday - 9am - 5pm**

**About the Agency**
As an account executive in our High Net Worth insurance team, you will play a key role in the success of an established and expanding local business, ensuring that our customers are at the heart of everything we do.
An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the South Cotswolds Agency to join our growing team.

**About the role**:
You will start your career at NFU Mutual South Cotswolds Agency by gaining your licenses in our Motor and Personal products embedding these then gaining your Bespoke insurance product license, our advised home insurance product specifically tailored for clients with contents, fine art & collections in excess of £150,000 you will then become the relationship manager for many of these clients. You will be supported through this journey to develop your sales and customer service skills whilst taking inbound calls from customers and completing changes and new business quotes. You will also cross-sell other products to customers, including introducing our Financial Services offerings which are delivered by a dedicated Financial Adviser. You will have a Personal Development Plan to own and support you to achieve yours and the agencies vision.

**About you**:

- Someone who can demonstrate drive, energy and enthusiasm required to provide an exceptional, holistic customer experience to our existing and prospective clients.
- A confident & effective communicator, both written and verbal.
- A proficient IT user with good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- A problem solver who enjoys working as part of a team with a positive can-do attitude.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks.
- Minimum of Grade C in GCSE Math’s and English (or equivalent).
- The ability and desire to learn new systems, products, processes, and skills.
