**EXPERIENCED PARAPLANNER**
Our client is a major national IFA company, with offices nationwide.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Paraplanner.
The key purpose of the role is to assist one or more Private Client Advisers in the delivery of advice and ongoing services to prospective, new and existing clients. They may also support the Medical Advisers. The role holder will be responsible for researching,analysing and compiling Financial Planning reports, in conjunction with the Advisers, ensuring compliance with Business Quality Standards at all times.
Preferred - Educated to degree level or equivalent. Level 4 Diploma qualified.
**Other requirements**:
**A minimum of 12 months experience within a Paraplanning role.
**Experience of working within a high-pressure environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
Excellent personal organisational and administrative planning skills
Highly numerate
Excellent attention to detail
Proven ability to work on own initiative
The ability to work well within a team environment and build effective working relationships both internally and externally
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Accurate keyboard skills
An eagerness to continuously learn and develop skills and knowledge
Drive and motivation to deliver business targets and a willingness to work hard
**In return, there is a salary on offer in the range of £32000 to £36000, depending on experience and qualifications. There is also a range of other benefits on offer.**
**All Paraplanner roles will adopt a hybrid working environment after passing the 6 month probation period. This will be 3 days WFH and 2 days working in the office.
