**About the Role**

We are seeking a collaborative individual with strong leadership and management skills who can oversee financial management and treasury operations. This role sits within our Corporate Leadership Team, offering the opportunity to work closely with the Executive Team and directly engage with the Board and its committees.

**In this role, you will**:
Lead and manage finance and treasury operations to ensure compliance, efficiency, and strategic oversight.
Support the development of funding strategies to secure future investment and growth.
Provide clear and concise financial reporting to a variety of stakeholders, including Board committees.
Play a pivotal role in business development, overseeing financial due diligence for acquisitions and joint ventures.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring the finance function aligns with organisational objectives.
Develop and lead a high-performing team, creating a collaborative and motivated work environment.

**To succeed in this role, you will bring**:
Significant post-qualification finance experience at a senior level, ideally in the social housing sector.
Treasury management expertise, ensuring compliance with existing funders and securing future funding.
Strong team leadership and management skills, with an ability to develop, inspire and support colleagues.
The ability to communicate complex financial information in an accessible way for a variety of audiences.
A passion for continuous improvement and a strong understanding of the purpose of housing associations.
A CCAB qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or CIPFA) or equivalent experience.

**A DBS check will be required for the successful applicant as part of our pre-employment checks.**
