**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate all event operations, including set-up and tear-down.
- Manage a small team of staff, assigning tasks and ensuring all members are briefed and prepared for their roles.
- Ensure all events comply with legal, health, and safety obligations.
- Serve as the point of contact for clients and vendors on event days.
- Resolve any issues that arise during events quickly and effectively.
- Conduct pre
- and post-event evaluations and report on outcomes.
- Manage inventory and resources to ensure all materials are available for events.
- Assist in training new staff and provide ongoing support to team members

**Skills**
- Proven experience in event management or operations, preferably as a supervisor is **essential**:

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and resilience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach and a keen eye for improving operational efficiency.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
