We have an exciting opportunity that has arisen in our Shrewsbury Service, for a HR Assistant to join the team and help us continue to deliver outstanding clinical care for our patients

**What will the role involve?**

The HR Assistant will be a part time position, supporting the efficient running of the HR service within Newmedica Shrewsbury by assisting a number of key processes and procedures including recruitment, payroll, and HR system maintenance.

What skills and experience do I need for the role?
- Previous experience within an administration role
- Competent in all Microsoft Office packages
- Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment.
- Excellent planning and organising skills, juggling multiple tasks and deadlines, working proactively.
- Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
- First class verbal and written communication skills
- Professionally-minded, maintains an objective view point, and able to deal sensitively with matters whilst maintaining confidentiality.
- A thinking performer; adaptable, willingness to learn, ambitious and tenacious
- Uncompromising attention to detail
- Able to use their own initiative
- Hands-on with a confident, ‘can do’ attitude
- Dynamic approach to work
