**Job Summary**
**Customer Service Advisor - CPA Collections**
- Daily processing of CPA Collections and failed card follow up
- Monitoring of BSO collections
- Accurately record and update all customer information
- Deal with customer queries regarding field visits, card payments and any customer payment arrangements
- Share memos and updates with Branch team
- Liaise with Collectors & Managers to set up card payments in branch
- Transfer of customer to and from field collection when necessary
- Provide weekly collection reports to senior managers
**Qualifications/Skills/Experience**
- Experience of working in an administrative environment and dealing with customers
- Awareness & understanding of FCA Regulation & Data Protection Legislation.
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office software and in particular, Microsoft Excel

- Work with all levels of the business to establish a positive customer focused culture

**FCA Conduct Requirements**
