Be who you are What your day might look like: Collaborate closely with your Account Manager to nurture strong relationships within your dedicated customer base, driving both customer satisfaction and account growth. Deliver exceptional service through open, honest communication and a genuine understanding of each customer's needs and expectations. Engage with customers across multiple channels – phone, email, and CRM systems – ensuring every interaction is professional, responsive, and consistent. Manage the full customer journey by processing orders, coordinating returns, and proactively identifying opportunities to streamline processes or recommend alternative products. Take ownership of customer issues by assessing priorities, escalating when necessary, and ensuring timely and effective resolutions. Serve as the first point of contact for customers, resolving queries quickly and efficiently to maintain trust and long‑term loyalty. We're Looking For Someone Who: Is confident using a PC, Microsoft Office, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software – experience with SAP would be a real advantage. Enjoys investigating customer issues, identifying root causes, and finding effective solutions. Brings a friendly, professional, and approachable manner to every interaction. Is highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities, and stays calm under pressure. Shows resilience and a proactive attitude when tackling challenges.
