**About the Role**:
Part of a local team undertaking supervisory duties and high standard Mechanical and Electrical works associated with communal services to high risers and supported living accommodation, ensuring all work and procedures are being undertaken efficiently, in compliance with Company operating procedures and delivering best in class customer service, whilst satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards.

**Role Criteria**:

- Supervisory experience
- Managing, monitoring, recording, and reporting of Health & Safety and compliance.
- Health & Safety knowledge, including COSHH.
- Proven Skills & Knowledge in the following:

- Interpersonal and communication.
- People management with ability to lead & mentor others.
- Strong customer focus.
- Problem solving & results orientated.
- Planning and organisational.
- Decisive decision making.
- Ability to negotiate and influence.
- IT literate with confident oral and written communication skills.
- Other attributes
- Full, current driving licence, able to work alone or as part of team, demonstrates company values such as customer first.
