The Production Supervisor will have accountability for ensuring production targets are achieved and is responsible for all production, quality and labour resources. You will drive performance alongside the production plan ensuring that customer deliveriesare achieved.

The Production Supervisor role has accountability for ensuring production targets are achieved and is responsible for all production, quality and labour resources. You will be expected to drive adherence to the production plan to ensure customer deliveriesare achieved in full and on time, every time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure a high level of production plan adherence and for any non-adherence ensure a recovery plan is in place to protect customer delivery
- Monitor and drive all key KPI and PI performance in the area
- Actively manage and drive H&S within the team
- Identify opportunities for improvement within the production area
- Manage your teams performance, coaching them to be the best they can be

Experience required:

- Experience of championing continuous improvement methodologies within a manufacturing setting
- Previous management experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to develop and engage a high performing team

This role will cover shifts - day, back & night. Flexibility to working a shift pattern, or prior experience working a similar shift pattern, is required.
