**Responsibilities**
- Able to demonstrate expertise and knowledge in all aspects of grooming, with the ability to groom all dogs to breed standard without guidance.
- Responsible for delivering the best service, exceeding expectations in animal welfare standards whilst adhering to health and safety policies.
- Ensuring that our customers enjoy a positive, memorable, and rewarding spa experience exceeding customers’ expectation by bringing ‘Pet Perfect Service’ to life within the store, and beyond...

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience ideally having an industry qualifications or in-house training.
- Confident in handling all breeds of dogs in a safe manner.
- Excellent communication skills will be fully utilised as you will be dealing with customers and their pets on a daily basis, confidently being able to upgrade and promote the service we offer.
- Having the highest of expectations in presentation and cleanliness in your grooming salon.
- An ability to train and develop other.
- Flexible to cover any shifts over 7 days.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to groom approximately 6 dogs per day.
- A basic understanding of computerised booking systems and EPOS tills.

**Hours**:

- Part time position - 20 hours per week.
- Permanent
- Applicants should be fully flexible to cover any shifts over 7 days.

**Note**:This is not a training role, we are looking for a fully experienced stylist who can work within a busy team and on their own.
