You will be working within a small, quirky, friendly & ambitious team where each of us makes a difference. We must all work together to go above and beyond for our guests, but have fun and put your personality into your work while you do it.

**The Role**:
As a Supervisor you will be responsible for the running of your shift, leading a team, taking orders, recommending wines, understand and anticipating the guests needs. You will work with other departments to ensure cohesion and team work, coordinating a small team to deliver the best. Help to look after your team and shift and make it a fun place for you and the people around you. You will be involved with functions and weddings, but also the normal day to day running of the restaurant.
- Provide exceptional, memorable guest service always.
- Run service, direct and delegate jobs and ensure smooth running of service.
- Leading a team during service.
- Clearing tables, take food and drink orders, serving wine, run food, make coffees and everything in between
- Understanding what exceptional service means to our guests
- Gain experience by taking on addition responsibilities to support the team and your manager. Opportunities to learn about labour planning, stocks and business management.
- Ensuring that the F&B team prepare the restaurant and meeting rooms for service.
- Working within a team for service, functions, and weddings
- Be proactive and plan for upcoming events and then running them.
- General cleaning cleanliness of the restaurant and function areas.
- Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager to develop and train team members.
- Maintain the cleanliness and health and safety of the workplace.
- Capability and commitment to delivering high levels of guest care.
- A smart and professional appearance.
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Helping with continuous improvements and moving the business forward

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
