Here at TSYS Managed Services we are looking to hire passionate people who thrive on deliver excellent customer service to join our team in Milton Keynes on a full time permanent basis.

TSYS Managed Services EMEA, part of TSYS, and Global Payments Company is a Global Organisation serving 400 clients in more than 80 countries. We make it possible for millions of people to use our payments solutions including credit, debit, prepaid and merchant services. As a Customer Service Representative your main responsibility will be to answer inbound queries from our customers, building & maintaining friendly and professional customer relationships and updating internal systems. This is a purely inbound customer service role with **NO SALES**

We are looking for team members who are flexible to work between 35 to 40 hour week between 8am & 8pm Monday-Sunday on a rotated basis. We offer a fantastic benefits package as well as incredible development and progression opportunities and a competitive salary of £10.14 per hour.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Taking inbound calls to assist customers with a number of different queries
- Providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Building and maintaining friendly and professional relationships with customers
- Processing card payments
- Complaint handling including resolving and logging of complaints as well as escalating to the appropriate teams where necessary
- Keeping up to date with policy changes through the use of internal systems and training.
- Raising and potential problems with management and the appropriate teams.
Working with other internal teams to provide a streamline experience for customers
- Upholding the company reputation at all times.
