As a Video & Motion Graphics Editor, you will report to the Creative Director and enjoy working in a collaborative creative team to ensure our content is delivered to the highest standard.

**General Responsibilities**

The role requires an understanding of the extended function of MEGA. You’ll be expected to deliver diverse content to our B2B and B2C audiences across our properties. You will have exceptional artistic sensibilities, a strong storytelling ability, technical expertise in all aspects of post-production, experience editing short, mid and long-format work, and expertise in versioning.

Areas you may cover or support include:

- Holding a strong creative and collaborative partnership with the Creative Director, Marketing, Commercial, Broadcast and Partnerships departments.
- Create video content to achieve the creative vision set by the Creative Director
- Build and own effective strategies to address the creative needs for various work, including unique styles and needs across MEGA.
- Can visualise the creative team’s vision in the early conception stage and continual ideation with the team throughout the edit.
- Assemble trailers for both our brands and sponsors.
- Provide video-related support to leaders across the Marketing department.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- Study briefs and determine requirements
- Keep up to date with the latest industry trends
- Schedule projects
- Conceptualise visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Storyboarding
- Amend content after feedback
- Ensure final content is visually appealing and on-brand
- Coordinate raw footage and video assets
- Quality control check before final exports are completed
- Meet all assigned deadlines
- Encode and export finalised projects according to specs

**Personal Specification**
- Minimum of 3 years experience in video and motion effects editing, either working within an agency or in-house.
- A robust and multi-faceted video showreel that demonstrates creative sensibilities and represents an artistic point of view.
- An extraordinary sense of taste and an ability to adapt to a variety of visual styles
- Extensive knowledge and passion for esports and gaming, including a deep understanding of popular games, gaming culture, and industry trends.
- An editor with a proven track record of delivering multiple visually appealing and successful projects.
- Extensive knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience implementing briefs and producing assets on time
- 3D Motion graphic skills with an understanding and implementation of animation principles are a plus.
- Up to date with the latest content trends, design philosophies, techniques, and social networks
- Solution-focused
- Experience with multiple formats of delivery

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
