**About the Role**

We’re looking for a talented **Motion & Video Editor** to join our Brand & Creative team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. You’ll be working remotely from the UK and reporting to our Video Team Lead.

This role suits someone mid-weight with **3+ years’ experience** in a similar in-house or freelance role. You’ll be hands-on in delivering a wide range of motion and video content that brings our brand to life - from creative concepting to polished final edits.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Create animation-ready illustrations that align with our brand guidelines
- Collaborate on creative concepts and campaign visuals to ensure cohesive storytelling across channels
- Edit live action footage with polish and creativity - adding motion graphics, transitions, captions, and sound effects
- Work across short-form and long-form video content for social, web, internal, and event use
- Manage and adapt video outputs into a variety of formats and sizes
- Keep media files organized and maintain version control across projects
- Participate in weekly team meetings to share updates and progress
- Occasional travel may be required to attend creative video shoots for bi-yearly team meetings

**Your Skills & Experience**
- Strong skills in **motion design, video editing, and animation**:

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - especially **Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Illustrator**:

- Experience in **colour grading and audio design** is a bonus
- A solid **sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling**:

- Proven ability to **work both independently and collaboratively** in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Confident communicator who can bring ideas to life and take on feedback
- Familiarity with project management tools like **Asana** is helpful
- A **strong portfolio** that shows a range of motion and video work
- A proactive mindset - you’re always looking to improve workflows and champion new technology and AI processes.
- You enjoy continuous development and learning

- **Start date**: June
- **Length**: Full-time Fixed-Term, 12 months
