Airtrace® Sheet Metal are one of the UK’s largest manufacturer of supply-only sheet metal ductwork. From our substantial manufacturing plant in East Sussex, we supply ductwork to contractors needing high-quality ductwork at a competitive price, with a fast turnaround. We specialise in the fabrication of sheet metal and ductwork for the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning industry.

Airtrace® have a great opportunity for a Full-Time Trainee Contracts Coordinatorto join our successful, fast-paced team. We are looking for a hardworking and reliable individual, earger to learn.

Working hours:
Monday - Friday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm

Plus 1 in 4 Saturdays 8.30am to 2.30pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Be responsible for liaising with the client and dealing with queries, quickly and efficiently
- Quoting and issuing ductwork as per clients requirements
- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods
- Answering and dealing with customer telephone queries
- Log information on calls received, where required and maintain detailed and accurate records.
- Establish and maintain appropriate systems for the necessary aspects of operational management and development e.g Client Database
- Monitor, measure and report on operational issues and achievements within agreed formats and timescales e.g Customer Feedback
- Assist with pricing and margins according to agreed aims
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the general public
- Any other general admin duties deemed necessary.

- Proficient in using a computer (especially using MS Office - INC. Word, Excel and Access)
- Customer service skills
- Good numeracy skills.
- GCSE (or equivalent) in maths preferred but not essential.
